Where The Mountain Meets The Moon: Overview

Every story told in this story is a backstory that fills in the holes and explains it as one big puzzle being solved bit by bit.

If you finished the book a little bit confused...

(MAJOR spoils ahead - and it's for people who have already read this book, so you aren't going to understand any of it if you haven't finished the book because I skip over important things that people already know. But it will also spoil it for you, so you won't understand it but have it spoiled anyway which is a terrible strategy.)

If you're not quite ready to spoil the book for yourself, but want to read more about it, check out "Stories as Scaffolding" on Story Sleuths, it's a great breakdown and does a good job of talking about the book without giving anything away.

Page By Page Books 📚

This site, apparently, offers free books - hundreds, they claim. But whether it's true or not is up to you to decide - I found it by looking for Poirot Investigates by Agatha Christie and stumbled upon the fourth chapter of Mysterious Affair at Styles which is called "Poirot Investigates". They only offer Mysterious Affair and Secret Adversary, but I'm not exactly relying on them to supply my Agatha Christies so it doesn't really affect me.

The navigation is pretty easy and intuitive. No ads on the side, or popping up, and it's pretty easy to go from page to page, even if the design isn't eye-popping, but it offers books and that's more important than what it looks like, so enjoi boi.

Murder of Roger Ackroyd 📖

This version, the first part of the second chapter isn't there - it starts with something about the local geography before he keeps going with the story and then talks about Roger Ackroyd for a long time, but in this version it doesn't have any of that. You might need to get two copies and read ch 2 side by side so that you can tell what you're missing and not miss it.

Update: I finished reading the second chapter and felt like something was off the whole time, so I sat down with my paperback and compared - except I didn't even look at the one online because I could tell just by reading it how much it had cut out. The first link below does have the book, but it's more like the abridged version because it's very different from the original and if you read this version, there are some significant sections completely missing from this one.

The second link is complete, as far as I know (didn't need to read it on the computer so I just glanced through the first cpl pages), but it's not as easy to read, downloads immediately on clicking the link, and as far as I can remember, has some miss-typos. Overall, though, I think it's a better option. Or just google "read murder of roger ackroyd free".

Watch Twilight Zones Free Online 🎥

This site is obviously sketchy, and if you don't have adblocker on, I'd suggest don't use it around anyone because multiple ads pop up as you're trying to watch the movie and the ads along the side are pretty skuzzy, like every other illegal site.

But it has a place to watch free movies, so how much do you care?
