Length: 1hr 27m. Genre: Mystery/Thriller.
Starring: Madeleine Caroll and Robert Donat. Directed by
Alfred Hitchcock.
Synopsis. A man in London tries to help a counter-espionage
Agent. But when the Agent is killed, and the man stands accused, he must
go on the run to save himself and stop a spy ring which is trying to
steal top secret information. (IMDb)
My opinion. It was good, but a little bit hard to follow and a little bit clunky, klugy, and old-fashioned. Keep in mind that it was made in the 30's and maybe it'll be easier to watch. I still found it engaging, funny, and fun. The ending is what you'd expect, but then what Hitchcock isn't.
